Dave is a native of Eden Prairie, MN where he played for the Eden Prairie High School team during the 2002-03 season.

His favorite player in the NHL is, Peter Forsberg of Colorado Avalanche because he’s tough as nails. The best advice he has received is, play the game like it is supposed to be played.

Kevin Kasel: Tell me about your family life, do you have any brothers or sisters?

David Watters: Yeah, I got a sister and a step-brother, they are both Seniors in High School.

Kevin: How old were you when you started playing hockey?

David: 4.

Kevin: Why did you decide to play for the Bucs?

David: Great franchise, I liked the Coach, they drafted me.

Kevin: Have you always been a forward?

David: No, I started playing forward in bantams.

Kevin: If I won the lottery, the first thing I'd do is ?

David: Buy a car.

Kevin: What is your favorite saying?

David: Play big.

Kevin: Best advice you've ever received (doesn't have to be hockey-related):

David: Play big.

Kevin: What is your favorite hockey memory?

David: Winning the State Bantam tournament in Minnesota.

Kevin: What would you being doing now if you weren't playing hockey?

David: Going to college.

Kevin: What can't you imagine living without?

David: Hockey.

Kevin: Where did you go on your last vacation?

David: Duluth, MN.

Kevin: When did you first hear about the Bucs?

David: My junior year in High School.

Kevin: Who has been the biggest influence on your life?

David: My parents.

Kevin: What would you consider your dream car?

David: A pickup truck.

Kevin: Do you have a favorite movie?

David: Not really.

Kevin: What are your hobbies?

David: I like to play video games, watch TV, work-out.

David: X-Box. Definitely X-Box.

David: Muddy.

David: Britney Spears.

David: Harvard.

David: I like to get a good nap in.

David: Football.

David: Patrick Roy. Do I have to do all the positions, right?

Kevin: No.

David: Oh oh, I would do Wayne Gretzky, best player ever.

David: Patrick Roy, Paul Coffey, Eddie Shore, Wayne Gretzky, Brett Hull, Gordie Howe.

David: 94.9

David: Chipolete.

David: Dallas Mavericks.

David: Veal Parmesan

David: Be a better skater.
