William Boulden, MD

"Doc" Boulden's medical background is extensive and his involvement in Des Moines hockey is wide reaching. He obtained a B.S. degree in pharmacy at Iowa University in 1969 and his medical degree in 1973. After serving his residencies at the Medical College of Wisconsin and the University of Nebraska, he hung out his private practice shingle in Des Moines in November, 1977.

Bill, his wife Diane and their three children are active amateur hockey supporters. Doc has served on many hockey boards around the Metro Ice Sports Arena through the years. Also, he is currently treasurer on the Buccaneer Board of Directors.
