Player Biography

Rick is a tremendous addition to the Des Moines Buccaneers from the Wexford Raiders-Toronto. He received the Most Valuable Player award in the World Championships in Bellonzona, Switzerland, as well as numerous All Star and MVP awards within his league. Rick scored an amazing total of 46 points in 14 playoff games in the Metro Toronto Hockey League. He feels his greatest accomplishment was scoring 4 goals in one playoff game against the Canadian Nationals. In the future Ricky hopes to play for a Division I school and eventually to play in the NHL. When he takes a break from the ice Ricky likes to rollerblade, ski, swim, and to play most sports.
